Accessibility Statement

We want every contractor, office manager and crew member to be able to use thepermitbot.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or other assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

• Body text and buttons use colors that meet WCAG AA contrast; white text sits only on the darker brand green.
• Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline, and a “Skip to content” link at the top.
• Pages declare their language, and the Hebrew version switches the page to right-to-left.
• Form fields have labels, and form messages are announced to screen readers.
• Decorative pictures and animations are hidden from screen readers.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the site's animations stop.
• The layout works from a small phone to a large screen.

Known limitations

• The illustrations of screens on the home page show the English app; they are pictures, not the product, and the text around them describes what they show.
• The legal pages are in English only.
• The site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit. We check it ourselves as we build it.
